Founded in 1967, Pomellato was the first global luxury Italian fashion fine jeweler, known for their unconventional and colorful design. In 1994, Pomellato set out to expand its precious world by unveiling a new concept, especially dedicated to the young generations and their craving for trendy and easy-to-wear pieces. The idea of DoDo was born in Mauritius, the fabulous island where the real Dodo once lived. The story of this quirky bird was inspiring to Pomellato, therefore they started to design charms following the same style vision and creative freedom that has always distinguished the Italian Maison.

A lovely and meaningful Estate charm pin/pendant by the fashionable jewelry designer DoDo! Crafted in 9kt rose gold, this piece is comprised of three individual charms dangling from a modern style safety pin. Each charm is a symbol with a special meaning: the cross represents faith, the anchor represents hope, and the slightly puffy heart represents charity. The three-dimensional and smoothly polished charms are each attached to a simple round bail, which allows them to dangle freely along the bar of the pin. The versatile piece can act as the clasp to fasten a favorite chain together for a stylish effect, or would look wonderful worn as a pin on a favorite garment. Stamped on the side of the pin, anchor, and cross is the signature "DoDo" and stamped on the back of the heart is the hallmark of the dodo bird. This sentimental piece has special significance and would make a wonderful addition to any collection!

Measurements: Each charm hangs a little more than 5/8" in total length (including the bail for hanging). The safety pin measures approximately 1" tall, about 3/8" wide, and is about 1/16" thick. The cross and anchor both measure approximately 1/2" tall, 3/8" wide, and 1/16" thick. The puffy heart measures approximately 1/2" tall, about 3/8,"  and 1/16" thick.

Condition: The overall condition of the charm pin is excellent. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the gold setting. All of the bails and the safety pin are secure and in good working condition.
